we wanted it to work out & hate that it didn't!

The Little Eagle accepts returns of new, unwashed, unworn, tags-attached merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of shipment for store credit. 

please re-package the unworn, unwashed, tags-attached merchandise and send it back to us at the following address:

the customer is responsible for return shipping. The Little Eagle is not responsible for lost packages.

returns & exchanges will not be accepted after the 14 day period.  shipping charges are non-refundable. once the merchandise has been received, a store credit, in the form of an online code, will be issued within 7 business days via email (email address used during purchase) 

NO RETURNS on promo, sale or clearance items.

unacceptable returns will be returned to customers at their own expense.

 

exchange policy::

have something else in mind?  make a note when returning of the item you'd like---be sure to include color, size, etc.  please also include contact info in case we have a question for you!  we will do our best to fulfill your exchange request but will refund you if we cannot.
